What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with disabilities and their families to understand their needs and develop tailored support plans.

• Provide high-quality support and advice to families, ensuring safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children with disabilities.
• Assist in designing and implementing intervention strategies aimed at developing the skills and abilities of children with disabilities.
• Advocate for the needs and rights of children and their families within local authority planning and decision-making processes.
