What you will do:

• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children in care, ensuring that their needs are met and reviewed regularly.
• Attend and contribute to case reviews, meetings, and court proceedings to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency teams to develop and implement care plans that best support the children’s health and development.
• Provide support and guidance to children and carers, offering advice and resources when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate case records that reflect the needs, progress, and circumstances of the children and related parties.
