What you will do:

• Conduct thorough assessments of adults referred to the safeguarding team to identify their needs and any risks they may face.
• Develop and implement protection plans tailored to individual cases to ensure the safety and welfare of vulnerable adults.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including healthcare professionals, law enforcement, and other social services to provide holistic care and support.
• Provide expert guidance and support to less experienced staff members within the team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports as required by law and local policies.
• Engage with service users, carers, and families to help them understand the safeguarding processes and their rights within it.
