What you will do:

• Provide leadership and professional guidance to social workers within the team, setting a standard for excellence.
• Promote and embed high-quality social work practice standards to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Step into the role of Duty Senior when required, showcasing your capacity to handle challenging situations.
• Act as a Safeguarding Adults Manager, safeguarding vulnerable adults with due diligence and care.
• Offer supervision and oversight on complex cases, providing insight and direction.
• Support risk management and complex decision-making aligned with current legislation.
• Ensure all practices align with statutory frameworks and uphold best practice quality standards.
