What you will do:
- Deliver exceptional casting and splinting services to a diverse patient group, ensuring high-quality treatment across the board.
- Skillfully apply and remove casts and braces, including handling complex applications within a theatre setting.
- Manage day-to-day operations within the plaster room, leading and supporting staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and patient-centered care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of orthopaedic best practices, continuously evolving your practice through ongoing learning.
The successful applicant must hold a British Casting Certificate and will play a pivotal role in leading the casting and splinting provision, ensuring each patient receives top-notch care.
