What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments of children and families, identifying their needs and creating bespoke intervention plans.
- Work collaboratively with families, empowering them to achieve positive outcomes through tailored support and guidance.
- Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure the coordinated delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of casework and interventions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.
- Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and outcomes for children.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work is essential.
- You must hold current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker, particularly within Children in Need.
