What you will do

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs, focusing on improving function and quality of life.

• Lead a small team of therapy assistants and activities coordinators.

• Design and coordinate therapeutic group programmes for individuals with diverse conditions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

• Explore and implement appropriate equipment provision and seating solutions.

• Engage in regular supervision and continuous professional development.

• Provide mentorship and build effective team relationships.

• Contribute to the development and evaluation of personalised care programmes for individuals with neurological conditions.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

• Proven track record of professional development in Occupational Therapy.

• Ability to work independently and establish priorities for yourself and your team.

• Strong leadership skills and team-building ability.

• Experience in neurological rehabilitation settings is advantageous.
