We are working with a premium catering group who are looking for a Senior Event Operations Manager to lead multi-site event delivery and drive operational excellence. This is a senior leadership role overseeing high-volume, complex events across corporate, private, and large-scale productions—combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end event operations across multiple venues and sites
- Manage and develop a team of Event Managers and freelance staff
- Oversee scheduling, resource planning, and operational delivery
- Drive consistency in service standards, processes, and guest experience
- Build strong relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
About You
- Proven experience in a senior event operations role within catering or hospitality
- Unique Venues of London Experience a must
- Strong leadership experience managing large, multi-site teams
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Confident client-facing communicator
- Calm, solutions-focused under pressure
