Recruitment Manager - Up to £50,000 DOE – Hospitality Business

I'm currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to join an exciting hospitality group with multiple venues across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the recruitment function in a standalone role, working closely with senior stakeholders to attract, recruit and onboard talent across the business. You'll play a key role in shaping the company's hiring strategy while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous hospitality recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and communication skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
First-time managers looking to step into a Recruitment Manager role are encouraged to apply

Key responsibilities:

Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process across all departments and levels
Partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build recruitment plans
Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
Managing onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition for all new starters
Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Working with external recruitment partners where required
Monitoring recruitment activity, reporting on hiring performance and identifying areas for improvement
Reviewing and improving recruitment processes to ensure an efficient and positive candidate journey
Ensuring all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and employment legislation
