SEN Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
Location: Merseyside, Wirral, CH41
Salary: £500–£560 per week

A high-achieving secondary school in the Wirral (CH41) is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to start immediately.
If you have strong experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs and want to work in an ambitious, inclusive school — this role is for you.
The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support
- Work alongside teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions
- Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs
- Promote independence, confidence, and academic progress
- Contribute to a positive, structured learning environment
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven SEN experience (school-based preferred)
- Calm, patient and resilient approach
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Passion for helping every child succeed
- Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential with experience)
