We are seeking an exceptional SEN Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive secondary school in East London. This is a full-time role (Monday–Friday) with an immediate start, and we are actively interviewing now.

The Role

This is a rewarding and fast-paced position working with students across KS3 and KS4 with a range of Special Educational Needs, including:

-          ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition)

-          Moderate to severe learning difficulties

-          Complex needs

-          Social, emotional and behavioural challenges

You will play a vital role in delivering tailored, engaging lessons and creating a structured, nurturing environment where every student can thrive.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

-          Qualified

-          UK QTS (or equivalent recognised qualification)

-          Relevant degree

-          Experienced

-          Strong understanding of SEN provision in a secondary setting

-          Confident supporting students with ASC and complex learning needs

-          Skilled at differentiating lessons to meet individual EHCP targets

-          Resilient & Adaptable
