KPI Recruiting are currently working with a successful, fast‑paced manufacturing business who are looking to strengthen their Technical function with the appointment of a Quality Systems & Data Coordinator.

The Role
This is a critical quality support role responsible for keeping the site audit‑ready, compliant, and data‑driven at all times.
You’ll take ownership of quality systems, supplier compliance, complaints data, and reporting, supporting both internal teams and external audits while turning raw data into clear insight that supports decision‑making.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing quality systems including document control, supplier approval, and complaint tracking
- Coordinating customer complaints from log‑in to closure, including root cause data and trend analysis
- Producing quality and KPI reports to highlight risks, trends, and improvements
- Creating and maintaining product specifications across internal and customer systems
- Handling returned goods administration and customer communication
- Actively chasing and maintaining supplier compliance documentation
- Ensuring all QMS records are accurate, current, and audit‑ready
- Supporting BRCGS, customer, and regulatory audits
- Maintaining structured electronic filing systems
- Monthly site KPI reporting
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in a quality support, data coordination or admin‑heavy role
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
- Experience managing controlled documents and structured data
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident working to deadlines and juggling multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and professional approach
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
Desirable:
- Background in food manufacturing, FMCG or a regulated industry
- Exposure to BRCGS / retailer standards
- Experience with complaint systems and supplier approval processes
- Product specification systems experience
- Audit support experience
- HACCP awareness
- Advanced data skills (dashboards, Power BI, visualisation)
