The Role
As Sales Manager, driving sales and championing the delivery of a world-class experience. You’ll combine commercial acumen with emotional intelligence to create a thriving, connected member community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new members, clients, and event partners.
- Manage the full sales process from outreach to onboarding with precision.
- Track and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Act as the face of the brand, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.
- Plan and host exclusive community events aligned with company values of wellbeing and inspiration.
- Engage with members through digital and in-person channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, programming, and operations teams to deliver a cohesive brand vision.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales tracking, and performance reporting.
- Train and empower front-of-house teams in sales confidence, product knowledge, and service excellence.
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience in Premium Luxury sales, community management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Confident communicator who thrives in social, high-energy environments.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a commercial mindset.
- Passionate about wellness, fitness, and cultivating meaningful connections.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, marketing platforms, and social media tools.
