Salary: CHF 5,300 per month + Benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the restaurant and bar team to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee all daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Create memorable guest experiences through personalised and attentive hospitality.
• Manage reservations, VIP guests and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Recruit, train and mentor team members to uphold service standards.
• Monitor departmental budgets, labour costs and stock control to maximise profitability.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus, wine pairings and dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Handle guest feedback promptly, professionally and effectively.
• Maintain immaculate presentation standards throughout the restaurant.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a hotel or dining establishment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and departmental KPIs.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, polished and service-driven.
• Fluent English is essential; German and/or French would be advantageous.
