UK working eligibility only.

We’re excited to be partnered with a leading British defence, security, and aerospace technology company who are looking for a Regional Environmental Advisor to shape environmental performance across the east of England, based in Essex.

In this role you will be the go‑to environmental expert for the region, working hands‑on across unique sites, including those supporting critical MOD activity.

  • Delivering Critical Assessments – Producing high‑quality environmental assessments for operations, facilities, and MOD‑aligned activities.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement – Leading improvement programmes, analysing data, and ensuring lessons learned are shared and embedded.
  • Building Strong Stakeholder Relationships – Working closely with site leadership, customers, regulators, and internal teams to influence, advise and problem‑solve.

Who They’re Looking For:

  • A Confident, Self‑Driven Professional – Comfortable working independently on site while staying well‑connected to a supportive national team.
  • A Skilled Assessor & Influencer – Able to challenge, advise and guide stakeholders at all levels with clarity and tact.
  • A Solutions‑Focused Thinker – Analytical, logical, and able to quickly evaluate situations to deliver workable, high‑quality outcomes.
  • An Environmental Advocate – Passionate about sustainability, with experience in areas like ecology, conservation, or environmental impact (desirable, not essential).
