Regional Business Head - Western Ksa, Jeddah Base in Jeddah

We have been retained by this well established company, who have an excellent reputation in the GCC region, to find them a Regional Business Head, Western region. This job role would be Jeddah based and would look after the company’s business across Western region of KSA.

- Service Operations & Third-Party Maintenance
- Financial Management
- Team Leadership
- Compliance & Reporting
We are interested in hearing from those you have the following skills, qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business Management
- MBA preferred
- 10-15 years of experience in non-food Sales leadership role, managing multiple sites or contracts
- Minimum 5+ years in a senior regional or business leadership role
- Strong exposure to KSA or GCC markets, preferably Western Region
- Proven track record of managing large teams, P&L, and major projects
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
