Offering a competitive hourly rate of £21, these full-time positions provide the chance to support individuals on their recovery journey through a three-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Role Responsibilities

• Provide harm reduction advice relating to safer drug use, overdose prevention, and blood-borne virus risk reduction.

• Act as a key worker, managing a full caseload and conducting comprehensive assessments and care plans.

• Assist nurse prescribers during prescribing clinics and deliver structured psychosocial interventions.

• Facilitate group sessions and provide needle exchange services to promote safe practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to address safeguarding, mental health needs, and risk management.

• Support service users through all stages of the recovery process, including transitioning from maintenance to abstinence-based treatment where appropriate.
