What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals’ substance use, health, and social needs

• Develop and review personalised recovery plans with service users, setting realistic and achievable goals

• Deliver structured psychosocial interventions and motivational support on a one-to-one and group basis

• Facilitate group sessions, workshops, and recovery-focused activities

• Manage a caseload of service users, monitoring progress and adapting plans to achieve targeted outcomes

• Work collaboratively with health services, mental health teams, housing providers, criminal justice partners, and community organisations

• Identify and manage safeguarding concerns, following CGL safeguarding and information-sharing procedures

• Promote service user involvement and peer support, encouraging engagement with recovery communities and aftercare services
