What you will do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals’ substance use, health, and social needs

Develop and review personalised recovery plans with service users, setting realistic and achievable goals

Deliver structured psychosocial interventions and motivational support on a one-to-one and group basis

Facilitate group sessions, workshops, and recovery-focused activities

Manage a caseload of service users, monitoring progress and adapting plans to achieve targeted outcomes

Work collaboratively with health services, mental health teams, housing providers, criminal justice partners, and community organisations

Identify and manage safeguarding concerns, following CGL safeguarding and information-sharing procedures

Promote service user involvement and peer support, encouraging engagement with recovery communities and aftercare services
