Role overview:
As a Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist, you will manage a specialist outpatient caseload, delivering advanced assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for musculoskeletal conditions. You will play a key role in pain management, particularly spinal and chronic presentations, while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

What you will do:

• Manage a caseload of musculoskeletal outpatients, delivering high-quality assessments and treatments

• Devise and implement effective pain management strategies, particularly for spinal and chronic conditions

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care

• Educate and empower patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, monitoring progress and outcomes

Person specification / requirements:

• Proven experience managing MSK outpatient caseloads

• Advanced knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, especially spinal pain

• Strong understanding of chronic and persistent pain management

• HCPC registration is essential

• Valid UK driving licence required to support service delivery across locations
