What you will do:

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality recovery services

• Support service users throughout their recovery journey, from initial engagement to ongoing treatment

• Carry out screening, assessments, recovery planning, and manage onward referrals

• Reduce drug- and alcohol-related harm to service users and the wider community

• Promote involvement of carers, service users, and community networks in recovery planning

• Provide advocacy, supporting access to partnership and support services

• Encourage reintegration into society, promoting resilience, peer support, recovery, and self-determination

Essential requirements:

• DBS registered on the Update Service

• Relevant experience as a Recovery Coordinator or in a similar role

• Probation Enhanced Vetting is highly desirable
