What you will do:

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality recovery services

Support service users throughout their recovery journey, from initial engagement to ongoing treatment

Carry out screening, assessments, recovery planning, and manage onward referrals

Reduce drug- and alcohol-related harm to service users and the wider community

Promote involvement of carers, service users, and community networks in recovery planning

Provide advocacy, supporting access to partnership and support services

Encourage reintegration into society, promoting resilience, peer support, recovery, and self-determination
Essential requirements:

DBS registered on the Update Service

Relevant experience as a Recovery Coordinator or in a similar role

Probation Enhanced Vetting is highly desirable
