We are seeking an experienced Recovery Coordinator in Birkenhead, Liverpool, for an engaging full-time role over a 5-month contract, earning £22 per hour through an umbrella rate.

What you will do:

- Coordinate and develop individual recovery plans to meet the specific needs of service users, ensuring they receive comprehensive and tailored support.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality and impactful recovery services.
- Facilitate group sessions to aid service users in building coping strategies and resilience.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to maximise positive outcomes.
- Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance support networks and resources for service users.
