Engage in Disruption Meetings to help provide clarity and support on cases requiring additional scrutiny.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all statutory responsibilities are met and to maintain the highest standards of care for children.
Advocate for the best interests of the child in every meeting and decision.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records to support decision-making and track progress.
