Your Responsibilities

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs
Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions
Help students develop emotional regulation and social skills
Support learning both inside and outside the classroom
Work closely with teachers to implement support plans
Monitor student progress and wellbeing
Build positive and trusting relationships with vulnerable learners

Who We're Looking For

The ideal Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant will possess:

A 2:1 degree or above in Psychology
A genuine interest in SEN and child development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High levels of empathy and emotional intelligence
Resilience, patience, and a proactive mindset
Ambitions to pursue a career in psychology, therapy, teaching, or education

Previous school experience is welcomed but not essential.
