Your Role as a Graduate Maths Trainee Teacher

As a Graduate Maths Trainee Teacher, you will:

Support teaching and learning within Mathematics lessons
Deliver small-group intervention sessions
Work with students across Key Stages 3 and 4
Develop classroom management and teaching skills
Assist in raising attainment within the Mathematics department
Observe outstanding practitioners and learn from experienced educators
Gradually take on increased classroom responsibility

This programme is specifically designed to prepare graduates for a successful transition into teaching.

Who We're Looking For

We are keen to hear from graduates who have:

A 2:1 degree or above in Mathematics or a closely related subject
Strong academic credentials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence, resilience, and a willingness to learn

Previous school experience is welcomed but not essential.
