Production Technician in Oldham, North West

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Production Technician for our client based in Oldham.

The days and hours as a Production Technician are:

• Monday- Friday
• 07:00- 15:20

The rate of pay as a Production Technician is:

• £13.16 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a Production Technician are:

• Ensure that the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Policy is adhered to at all times
• Work within business guidelines and procedures at all times and report any safety hazards identified
• Responsible for maintaining the defined 6S Standard of the area
• Training on various production machines and areas - safely and efficiently
• Inspect product where appropriate and isolate non-conforming products as required
• Prepare and pack manufactured goods as required including storing in appropriate areas
• Produce and store manufacturing samples for quality purposes
• Ensure all goods are properly marked and stored at all times
• The above is a non-exhaustive list of duties, and you are expected to undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by your Production Shift Supervisor / Manager

The ideal candidate for a Production Technician will require:

• Previous experience as a Production Technician
• Previous experience working in a warehouse
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
• Good eye for detail
