Production Operative in Winsford

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Production Operative for our client based in Winsford.

The rate of pay as a Production Operative is:

• £12.71 p/h

The days and hours as a Production Operative are:

• 4 on 4 off
• 06:00- 16:00

The duties and responsibilities as a Production Operative are:

• Assist in the production and assembly of products, including candles, reed diffusers, chocolates, and skincare items
• Measure, mix, pour, and prepare materials in accordance with production specifications and quality standards
• Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Package and label finished skincare products and other goods ready for storage or dispatch
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or defects to supervisors
• Support different production areas and undertake a variety of tasks as required
• Ensure workstations are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Assist with stock handling, replenishment of raw materials, and movement of finished goods within the production area

The ideal candidate for a Production Operative would need:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow production procedures and work instructions accurately
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, food production, cosmetics, or a similar environment is desirable but not essential
