Production Operative in Sefton, North West

Job Details:

• Pay: £13.45 – £13.95 per hour (increased hourly rate available after 12 weeks)
• Hours of Work: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off shift pattern, 7am – 7pm
• Duration: Temp to Perm (12-week qualifying period)
• Benefits: Permanent opportunities available with increased rates of pay

Job Role: The Production Operative will support the manufacturing process by loading materials into production machinery, removing scrap from machines, and grading materials as they come off the line. The Production Operative will visually inspect products to ensure quality, size, and shape meet specifications, accurately follow job sheets, and complete all paperwork associated with each production batch.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow job sheets and quality standards
• Good attention to detail

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• In-date nationally recognised forklift truck licence
