Production Operative in Bridgnorth, West Midlands

Recruit4staff are proud to be presenting their client, a leading food-based manufacturer in their search for a Production Operative to work in their modern facility in Bridgnorth.

DUE TO THE LOCATION YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE/ HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORT 

For the successful Production Operative, our client is offering:

• £13.91 per hour 
  
• Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:00 and 12:00 - 20:00 rotating weekly 
• Temp-Perm 
• Quarterly bonus after 6 months
• Yearly bonus
• Overtime at £20.86 per hour
• Additional holidays accrued yearly from 28 days a year to 33
• Company Pension
• On site car parking
• Company events 
• Additional courses available such as, First Aid, telehandler and FLT licences and other suitable courses.

The role: Production Operative:

• Ensuring work area is clean and orderly
• Flexibly assisting the process operating team on the main production line, as and when required
• Manual handling
• Unpacking food from outer packaging in a timely and efficient manner
• Be flexible to work on a shift if required

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative:

• Proven experience in a fast paced and/or food based production - Preferred
• FLT Licence - Preferred 
• Able to work from using own initiative
• Methodical approach to work
• Physically fit - ESSENTIAL 
• Due to the location, you must be able to drive or live within walking distance- ESSENTIAL 
• Good organisation skills
