Job Details:
- Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Hours of Work: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 4pm finish on a Friday
- Duration: Temp To Perm (12 weeks)
- Benefits: Early finish on Fridays, temp to perm opportunity
Job Role: The Production FLT Operative will be responsible for picking and packing products ready for dispatch, operating a Counterbalance FLT, and supporting the production process. Duties will also include manual handling of products, ensuring quality standards are met, and manufacturing water-based timber treatments and paints in line with batch specifications. The successful Warehouse Operative will work across both warehouse and production departments to support day-to-day operations.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Happy undertaking all aspects of warehouse and production work
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
- Previous production experience
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with batch production processes

- Temp to perm opportunity after successful completion of 12 weeks
