Production Operative in Ruabon

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Production Operative to work in the Ruabon area

Job Details:

• Shifts Available:
  • Monday to Thursday 8:00 am–4:30 pm | Friday 8:00 am–3:30 pm
  • Monday to Friday, 6 am - 2 pm / 2 pm - 10 pm
  • Nights, Sunday to Wednesday 8 pm to 6 am, and Thursday, 9:10 pm to 6 am
• Pay rates: 
  • Days: £12.80 per hour (Rising to £13.26 per hour after 12 weeks)
  • AM/PM: £13.95 per hour (Rising to £14.85 per hour after 12 weeks)
  • Nights: £14.92 per hour (Rising to £15.82 per hour after 12 weeks)
• Duration: Temporary ongoing with a possibility of a permanent contract
• Benefits: Weekly pay, rotating shifts, opportunity for long-term work
• You may be required to work on a Day shift for the first 1-2 weeks whilst training (£12.80 per hour) 

Job Role: As a Production Operative, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, carrying out a variety of tasks including operating machinery, cleaning work areas, stacking products, grinding, and coating components. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to maintain consistent quality standards, and a proactive approach to health and safety. You will also need to work effectively as part of a team to ensure production targets and deadlines are met.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous fast-paced production experience
• Ability to work efficiently within a target-driven environment
• Good attention to detail 

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment
