What you will do:
- Lead the strategic development of Occupational Therapy across Adults and Children’s Services.
- Collaborate with Service Managers to enhance OT practice and streamline pathways for both adults and children.
- Oversee the delivery of occupational therapy services, bolster support for carers, and direct workforce development.
- Drive service and organisational transformation by supporting the Adult Social Care transformation programme.
- Lead or partake in service redesign and pathway enhancements to implement effective change.
- Guide practitioners through transitions and ensure new strategies are effectively integrated.
- Uphold professional practice excellence through governance, audits, and quality assurance.
- Provide expert leadership to OT practitioners and social care teams, fostering a strengths-based, person-centred culture.
