A highly ambitious and inclusive 3-form entry primary academy in Croydon is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teachers to join its growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. Opportunities are available in Year 1, Year 3, and Year 5.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Creating a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress effectively
  • Supporting the personal, social, and emotional development of pupils
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistency and high standards
  • Participating fully in training, mentoring, and school improvement initiatives
