What you will do:
- Assess and plan individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from stroke incidents.
- Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to craft comprehensive patient-care strategies.
- Employ hands-on therapy techniques and exercises to enhance patient mobility and quality of life.
- Document patient progress and adapt treatments using SystmOne where possible.
- Provide advice and guidance to patients and their families for continued home care.

Requirements:
Successful candidates will be registered with the HCPC and possess relevant UK, NHS, or hospital experience as a Physiotherapist. While a degree and Post Graduate qualification with 3 years of experience are preferable, we also welcome those ready to grow their skills in this challenging field. Experience in community-based stroke therapy is essential, while familiarity with SystmOne is desirable but not mandatory.
