About the Role

You will deliver specialist neurological rehabilitation services to individuals with complex needs, including acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, and complex physical presentations. Working within a multidisciplinary clinical team, you will play a vital role in supporting service users within specialist settings.

What You Will Do

• Conduct comprehensive neurological physiotherapy assessments.

• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to complex neuro presentations.

• Deliver rehabilitation programmes focusing on mobility, postural management, tone management, and functional independence.

• Provide specialist advice regarding equipment, seating, orthotics, and mobility aids.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with HCPC and CSP standards.

• Provide training and guidance to carers, families, and staff.

• Contribute to service development and clinical governance initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Physiotherapy with HCPC registration.

• Experience within neurological rehabilitation (ABI, CP, stroke, complex neurological conditions).

• Strong clinical reasoning skills and commitment to evidence-based practice.

• Ability to manage an independent caseload.

• Excellent communication and collaborative working skills.

• Experience within private, specialist, or community neuro settings (desirable).
