What you will do:
- Act as an autonomous practitioner within an integrated multi-professional team, supporting patients in community and care home settings.
- Manage patients on shared caseloads, utilising your specialist clinical reasoning skills for complex assessments.
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy interventions, establish patient goals, and negotiate the provision of necessary equipment and rehabilitation programmes.
- Adopt a holistic approach across professional boundaries, ensuring patient and carer involvement in decision-making.
- Provide essential support, supervision, and education to peers, junior staff, and students.
- Oversee delegated tasks, ensuring consistent high-quality care delivery.
- Offer resilience and adaptability to support locality teams during peak operational demands and system pressures.

Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- A qualified physiotherapist with a degree or equivalent.
- Recent UK experience in specialised physiotherapy is essential.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a physiotherapist.
- NHS experience is advantageous but not essential.
