We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6/7 Physiotherapist to join the Community Beds Team in Nottingham, on an ongoing contract, with a salary of £26 - £31 per hour. As a locum, you will be employed on a Full-time basis. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team providing holistic assessments and rehabilitation to patients who have recently been in hospital and need a period of support before hopefully returning home.

What you will do:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, focusing on rehabilitation needs and setting personalised goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, nurses, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing support and education to patients and their families, fostering independence and confidence.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient care to ensure continuity and quality of service.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.

Requirements include being a qualified physiotherapist with a relevant degree or equivalent, having recent UK experience in specialised physiotherapy, and registration with the HCPC. While NHS experience is an advantage, it is not essential, as we welcome diverse backgrounds in the team.
