Job Title:             Operations Manager – London Venue
Salary:                 Up to £60,000 + Bonus
Location:             London

My client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a prestigious historic venue in central London. This is a senior, hands-on role covering venue operations, facilities, events, compliance and commercial performance, with responsibility for ensuring the venue delivers exceptional experiences while maximising revenue.

What You’ll Do

Lead the team and oversee day-to-day operations
Manage facilities, maintenance, contractors and suppliers
Mange the Health & Safety, compliance, licensing and risk
Oversee conferences, banquets, weddings, private events and commercial hires
Manage budgets and drive operational efficiencies
Work closely with the catering partner to deliver outstanding events
Build relationships with clients, members and key stakeholders
Identify opportunities to grow commercial event revenue

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in venue, hospitality, catering or facilities management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Event operations and customer service experience
Commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive revenue
Good knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance and facilities management
Highly organised, confident and commercially minded
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
