Requirements

Proven multi-site housekeeping or hotel operations management experience
Strong people leadership and coaching skills
Excellent organisational and analytical abilities
A positive, energetic, solutions-focused mindset

Responsibilities

Oversee housekeeping performance and brand standards across 30 hotels
Lead, support, and develop on-site housekeeping teams and suppliers
Drive quality, compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and guest satisfaction to ensure consistently high results
