Job Title: Spanish-Speaking Recruiter – Chefs recruitment

At COREcruitment Amsterdam, we’re growing our team! We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and multilingual Spanish-Speaking Recruiter with previous recruitment experience — ideally within hospitality or culinary roles — to specialize in chef recruitment across Europe.

About the Role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for culinary positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview international chef talent.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with our global team to support high-profile hospitality clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen our chef recruitment division.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Spanish and English. Aditional languages are a plus
• Previous experience in recruitment (hospitality, culinary, or agency experience highly beneficial).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the hospitality industry — especially the culinary world.
