Operations Director – Restaurant Business

Location: London

Salary: £100,000 - £125,000 + Bonus

The business is entering its next chapter following a significant period of change and investment. The foundations are in place, the estate is profitable, the leadership team is evolving, and there is genuine appetite to grow. What is needed now is an operational leader who can help shape what comes next.

This is a great opportunity to join a sizeable hospitality business at a pivotal point in its journey. You'll work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, helping to create the operating model, people strategy and structure that will support future growth.

The Role:

Lead and develop a team of experienced multi-site operators
Build an operational framework that delivers consistency without losing personality
Create clear standards across service, labour, productivity and guest experience
Drive continuous improvement across people, process and performance
Partner with senior stakeholders to shape long-term business strategy
Ensure people remain at the heart of every operational decision
Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Support the evolution of systems, technology and ways of working
Help create a platform that gives the business confidence to grow

The Person:

Currently operating at Operations Director OR Head of Operations of a 30+ estate
Experienced leading multi-site hospitality businesses
Commercially astute with a strong understanding of people, performance and profitability
Strategic enough to shape direction, but practical enough to execute
Naturally collaborative and comfortable working alongside senior stakeholders
Curious, analytical and always looking for ways to improve
Calm, measured and credible
High-performing without the ego
