What you will do:

• Lead and manage the Occupational Therapy services and integrated OT and Reablement teams, ensuring high-quality delivery of care in health or social care settings.

• Influence strategic direction and advocate for the contribution of occupational therapy across various services and partnerships.

• Maintain professional governance, uphold OT standards, and promote best practices in reablement.

• Provide excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management to foster productive partnerships.

• Ensure compliance with Adult Social Care legislation, safeguarding requirements, and professional practice standards.

• Deliver professional supervision and guidance to a multi-disciplinary team while fostering a positive organisational culture.

• Drive continuous service improvement and effective partnership working to achieve statutory requirements and strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Registration:

• Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy.

• Registration with Social Work England or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is essential.

• A full driving licence is required.
