What You Will Do

Assess adults with complex occupational therapy and adaptation needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate assistance.
Complete adaptation recommendations in accordance with the Disabled Facilities Grant eligibility criteria.
Undertake comprehensive functional assessments and develop detailed specifications for major and minor adaptations.
Identify and recommend suitable equipment, moving and handling solutions, and specialist seating to promote independence and safety.
Work collaboratively with residents, contractors, and partner agencies to expedite adaptation works and reduce waiting lists.

Requirements

HCPC registration is essential.
A valid driving licence is needed to travel to client locations.
