Locum Occupational Therapist within Community Adults in Smethwick UK, earning £30 hourly, ongoing. What you will do:

- Conduct thorough Occupational Therapy assessments for vulnerable adults within the borough, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
- Evaluate and arrange for the provision of necessary equipment as well as minor and major adaptations.
- Collaborate closely with social workers, external agencies, and other professionals to deliver rounded care.
- Ensure the service adapts flexibly to meet user needs within budgetary constraints.
- Demonstrate and supervise the use of equipment, adaptations, and assistive technology to empower service users.

Applicants need to be self-motivated, organised, and excellent communicators both in writing and verbally. Having an HCPC certification and your own vehicle are essential due to the nature of this role, which involves travelling around the borough.
