What you will do:
- Lead the development and implementation of practice standards across Adult Social Care and Children's Services.
- Influence strategic direction and drive service delivery improvements in Occupational Therapy.
- Mentor and guide a team of Occupational Therapists to ensure high-quality practice and service.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that meet the diverse needs of clients.

Requirements of the Principal Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Registered with the HCPC with recent UK experience working in both Adult Social Care and Children's Services.
- Demonstrable NHS experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
