KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Night Warehouse Operative for our client based in Welshpool.

As a Night Warehouse Operative your days and hours are:

• Monday- Friday
• 00:00- 09:00

The rate of pay as a Night Warehouse Operative is:

• £13.10 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a Night Warehouse Operative are:

• Unloading Trailers- emptying heavy incoming freight and commercial goods arriving overnight from central delivery hubs
• Scanning and Sorting- using handheld scanning equipment to log incoming barcodes and route inventory to specific areas
• Bay Allocation- organizing tracked items into specific loading bays matching dedicated regional delivery sectors
• Driver Support- assisting local van couriers with vehicle loading layout sequence to optimize morning drop schedules
• Health & Safety Compliance- adhering strictly to safe manual handling procedures, including the mandatory use of protective footwear and high-visibility PPE

The ideal candidate for a Night Warehouse Operative would need:

• Physical Fitness- capability to meet continuous lifting requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Work Ethic- strong timekeeping habits with the stamina required for consistent overnight shifts
• Skillset- high attention to detail under tight operational deadlines; prior logistics exposure is preferred but not required
