As a Mobile Phone Engineer your working days and hours are:
- Monday- Friday
- 09:00- 17:30
The rate of pay as a Mobile Phone Engineer is:
- £27,000- £28,000
Key Responsibilities Mobile Phone Engineer:
- Diagnosing faults on mobile phones and handheld electronic devices
- Carrying out hardware repairs including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components
- Performing software troubleshooting, updates, and device configuration
- Conducting functionality testing and quality inspections following repairs
- Accurately recording repair information and outcomes using internal systems
- Ensuring all repaired devices meet company quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Supporting stock management and spare parts control where required
- Adhering to company procedures and health & safety regulations.
Skills & Experience Required Mobile Phone Engineer:
- Previous experience repairing mobile phones, tablets, or electronic devices
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good understanding of mobile device hardware and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Experience with leading smartphone brands such as Apple, Samsung, Google, and Huawei would be advantageous
