Recruit4staff are representing a leading manufacturing business in their search for a MIG Welder to work in Craigavon

Job Details:

• Pay: up to £15.75 per hour, including shift allowance
• Hours of Work: Shift 1 - Mon–Thur 6am to 3pm, Fri 6am–11am / Shift 2 - Mon–Thur 3pm to 12am, Fri 11am–4pm
• Duration: Temp to Perm

Job Role: The MIG Welder will carry out welding on 3–8mm steel components using MIG processes, working to high standards and technical drawings. Operating within a rotating shift system, the MIG Welder will also undertake basic fabrication tasks and ensure adherence to all health and safety protocols. This is a hands-on role requiring a team player who can meet deadlines in a busy production environment.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a welder
• Skilled in using tools such as saws, squares, and callipers
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
• Knowledge of safety standards and correct use of PPE

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• NVQ in Welding
