For the successful FLT Driver, our client is offering:

• Competitive salary of £15.15 P/H
• Shifts available 6 pm – 4.30 am Mon-Thurs, or 6 pm – 2.30 am Mon-Friday. OR
• Week 1- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday/ Week 2- Wednesday and Thursday 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Temp - perm role
• Free on-site parking

The Role - FLT Driver;

• Work as a team to achieve all warehouse operations in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure MHE checks and battery care at all times.
• Contribute towards housekeeping, ensuring My Space is adhered to.
• Ensure relevant trace information is maintained throughout.
• Report any non-compliance to Supervision.
• Report hazards, near misses, and accidents to the Supervision team immediately.
• Quality check goods in and loading orders for damages, accuracy, quantities, etc.
• Check the condition of each trailer in accordance with the VLC1 form.
• Safely operate the wrapping machines as and when required.
• Assist the shift Supervision or warehouse Management team with any required duties.
• Keep the yards clean, tidy and organised.
• Follow company policies and procedures, i.e. Health & Safety, Hygiene, ISO 9001.
• Ensure good communication with Colleagues/all Leaders/Operators
• Be prepared to work anywhere within the Warehouse Department.
• Contribute to keep all areas of the factory clean, i.e., Production area, canteen & toilets
• Carry out any reasonable task requested by management.

What our client is looking for in an FLT Driver;

• Experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
• Confident/experienced FLT Driver - ESSENTIAL
• Counterbalance/ Reach in date licences- ESSENTIAL 
• Bendi/ Flexi/ Aislemaster licence- DESIRABLE
• Must understand this is not just an FLT role, especially in the beginning
• Must be happy to train on days for around 5 full days
• Good computer literacy and numeracy skills
• Be able to understand both written & verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of NAV or similar MRP software.
