Purpose of the job:
To lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering Parks enhancement projects, focusing on infrastructure, landscape, and Biodiversity Net Gain enhancements. This is carried out with a keen emphasis on respecting and engaging with end-users, stakeholders, and the broader parks environment. Provide vital landscape architectural design expertise and take a leading role in landscape appreciation and design in parks and green spaces.

What you will do:
- Manage a comprehensive program of projects, which includes time-line programming, budget management, financial control, forecasting, and obtaining necessary stage approvals.
- Guide and collaborate with stakeholder groups and local councillors to develop proposals, manage budgets, secure funding, and oversee project delivery from inception through to completion.
- Identify required skills and resources, manage teams, and develop processes to ensure timely, budget-friendly delivery of Biodiversity Net Gain projects.
- Provide technical advice on landscape and biodiversity enhancements to team members, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Lead the project team by providing supervision, support, and guidance to ensure comprehensive delivery of responsibilities.
