As an Interim Residential Lead, you will be at the forefront of managing and supervising a range of functions within regulated services. You will also act as the named Responsible Individual for Staffordshire County Council's Children Homes.

What you will do:

- Provide leadership, management, and supervision for a range of functions within regulated services.
- Deliver Families and Communities performance in line with inspection criteria and performance indicators.
- Develop effective, collaborative working relationships to support children in various living situations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations for Children Homes.
- Serve as the named Responsible Individual for Staffordshire County Council's Children Homes.

Requirements:

- Degree level qualification or equivalent.
- Relevant Social Work qualification registered with Social Work England.
- Management qualification or significant management training.
- Extensive experience in social work services for children and families.
- In-depth knowledge of Residential services and safeguarding practices.
- Substantial experience in managing residential services for children and young people.
- Proficiency in supervisory and management practices and relevant HR procedures.
- Prior experience in partnership working and integrated service delivery.
